Turnaround Time:

Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. However, we try to get orders out as quickly as we can. All orders UNLESS stated otherwise are all handmade and most of our items are custom. Turnaround time means the amount of time it takes us to get your package ready to drop off at USPS or UPS.

Shipping Time:

We mainly use USPS to ship, occasionally we will use UPS. Shipping times are 2-5 business days. Once we have dropped your package off at USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. Shipping time means the amount of time it takes USPS or UPS to get your package to you.

Wrong Address: 

When entering your address, please make sure you enter it correctly. We can edit it before we drop it off, but after that we cannot change it. If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be charged another shipping fee to get their order to them. If you noticed you entered the wrong address after you placed your order, message us on facebook or email us right away so we can get that fixed for you. 

Refunds:

We will only issue refunds if it is an error on our part. 

If you -order the wrong size, enter the wrong name (misspell the name), forget to change color we will not be responsible. Please ensure you enter all the correct details for your order to avoid any  issues. 

We do try to make everything right, so if there is ever a problem please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing us at homewitheko@gmail.com or finding us on facebook. Please include order number when emailing or messaging. 

Brands: 

We use a variety of brands. Pricing of items is based on the brand. If there is a brand you DO NOT like please put that in the notes section of your order or message us to discuss the brand you would like, but keep in mind that the price may change if a different brand is used. 

Returns:

If an item gets to you damaged, misspelled (on our part), or any other reason you need it to be returned you must contact us within 14 business days  regarding the issue. After 14 business days Home with EK will no longer be responsible.
